1. Scope of Application
The following Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) apply to all orders placed through our online shop. Our online shop is intended exclusively for consumers. A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity. An entrepreneur is a natural or legal person, or a legally recognized partnership, who, when entering into a legal transaction, acts in the exercise of their commercial or independent professional activity.

The purchase contract is concluded with Norskie Clothing, Inh. Frederik Rein.
The presentation of the products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding online catalog.
By filling out the presave form and clicking the order button, you are making a non-binding offer for the corresponding product. Confirmation of receipt of your order will be sent via email within two days of submitting the order.

4. Delivery Conditions
Shipping Costs
Standard shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders over €60.
Delivery Options
We ship the products to the delivery address provided during the ordering process.
- We only offer shipping; self-collection of goods is unfortunately not possible.
- We do not deliver to parcel lockers.
5. Payment
The following payment methods are generally available in our shop:
PayPal
To pay the invoice amount via the payment service provider PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A, 22-24 Boulevard Royal, L-2449 Luxembourg ("PayPal"), you must be registered with PayPal, authenticate yourself with your login credentials, and confirm the payment instruction. The payment transaction will be carried out by PayPal immediately after the order is placed. Further instructions are provided during the order process. PayPal may offer additional payment methods to registered customers based on its own criteria. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, takes possession of the goods.

You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we are obliged to reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal from this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any case no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the fourteen-day period has expired. We will bear the cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
